Role Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track patient progress and report changes.
- Perform emergency interventions as required and adhere to protocols.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.
- Help manage and support the nursing staff and educational opportunities.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during critical times.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Act as a mentor to new nursing staff to support their development.

1 year of recent ICU Experience
Will consider candidates for MICU/SICU/CSU
Current NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
Night (Rotating Weekends)
Sign-On-Bonus : $25K
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the USA.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong knowledge of critical care protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Understanding of patient confidentiality and rights.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
